You must not use our call services for:
- Malicious, nuisance or anonymous abusive calls
- Caller ID spoofing (presenting a number you don't own)
- Automated dialling that overwhelms a destination
- Fraud, phishing or social engineering
AI assistants
You must review the information and instructions given to your assistant. Do not configure or use it to:

- Handle emergency calls or give medical, legal or financial advice
- Collect sensitive or excessive caller information without a lawful reason
- Mislead callers, discriminate unlawfully or make decisions that require human judgement
- Record calls without giving any notice or obtaining any permission required by law
Language Bridge
The Language Bridge translation feature is for legitimate communication. You must not use it to:
- Impersonate an interpreter or official
- Record calls without all parties' consent (where required by law)
- Communicate content that would be illegal in either language
API and automation
If you use our API:
- Stay within the rate limit (100 requests/minute)
- Don't share your API keys publicly or in client-side code
- Don't use the API to probe or attack other systems
Numbers and spoofing
When making outbound calls through our platform:
- Only present caller ID numbers that are assigned to your account
- Don't attempt to acquire numbers for resale without our agreement
- Don't use numbers to evade blocks or bans on other services
What happens if you break this policy
Serious or repeated offences: immediate account termination + number reclamation
Illegal activity: we'll cooperate with law enforcement
We may also deduct any costs we incur from your balance if your activity causes damage to our systems or reputation.
Reporting abuse
If you receive unwanted communications from one of our numbers, or you believe someone is misusing our services:
